Hello,
I am reaching out to you because I ordered a tracksuit from China on DHgate, and my item's carrier is ePacket.
My tracking started on October 30, 2020, and on October 31, my package left its shipping country and was "received by the carrier." From there, the flight should have been conducted within 24 to 48 hours, right? And it should arrive in less than 72 hours in France, except that we here are on November 15, 2020, and the tracking has still not been updated: "Received by the carrier," since October 31, 2020.
Here is the tracking number: LZ409478584CN.
I have checked all the websites knowing that some update faster than others, and all the sites, whether it be EMS, Parcelsapp, Aftership, 17track, ship24, ninjapostal, indicate the same thing, "Received by the carrier" for now 16 days...
I am really lost... Where is my package? When will this update?
On the parcelsapp site, it is also stated that the estimated delivery date for my package is between today, November 15, 2020, and November 20, 2020, but I no longer trust this estimated timeline because I don't even know if the package has arrived in France, and for all I know, it might still be in China for 16 days...
I contacted the seller who told me to wait...
I have read a lot of reviews about ePacket saying that the shipping was very fast (around 7 days),
Could someone please advise me?
