Hello

I don’t want to lecture you... but good God, what were you thinking to do such a stupid thing... well, it’s done now and you can’t change it.

So, you need to file a complaint with the police (in Switzerland, it’s the police) but where you’re from, I don’t know. You need to tell everything and provide all the information like your username, the other monkey's username, and the police will ask you the right questions.

Without wasting time, go tomorrow with your parents (I don’t know if you’re an adult) and file that complaint.

Good luck for what comes next

Yes I know I won't do it again... but that's exactly the problem on Omegle, it's with total strangers, I didn't have a username and neither did he... and I'm in France to answer you, so I have absolutely nothing except my word... and I don't want to go there if they can't do anything because I really have nothing against him and I also don't want to explain what I did...

Hello,

No risk, everything is fake!
Now, ask yourself whether it is completely normal to undress in front of strangers...

Yes, I suspect that. I talked to my parents about it, but I still want to file a complaint. If it won't lead to anything, I won't do it, but I don't want to leave it like this, especially since he hurt me and probably others too...

And yes, I know, I regret it a lot and I will never do it again. I am very ashamed...

Okay, still file a criminal complaint, the police can "know" possibly through your provider with whom you were "chatting" by tracking the IP addresses (as long as the other person wasn't using a VPN) although the VPN does not guarantee your anonymity on the net.

I reiterate what I've already told you, file that criminal complaint

ok thanks I'm going to discuss it with my parents... I'm still afraid it won't be worth anything and that in the end I'll just get humiliated by telling everything... I feel like omegle is not very reliable I don't know if they will be able to do anything... but thanks I'm going to tell my parents what you told me

I'm still afraid that it won't do any good and that in the end I'll just get humiliated for telling everything... I feel like Omegle isn't very reliable, I don't know if they can do anything.

I'm sure that for this kind of intervention, the GDM will do everything possible; this isn't just a simple theft of a pack of cigarettes.

Courage and be strong.

I would still like to get the opinion of other people if possible before I talk about it... just so I know what to expect...

Filing a complaint is pointless... Stories like this happen every day. The police are dealing with more urgent matters than this, even if it seems serious to you.
The clown on the other end of the camera is in Africa and has already forgotten about you to move on to the next one...

Yes, but what if he is in France? Could they find him? Even though the police often have this, I still want to file a complaint if I have a chance of this person being found... and that's what I want to know before making the decision to go there... could they find him even though I was on this site that has no usernames and I have no evidence?

He is not in France! And the "threat" is frankly unsubstantiated.....
By filing a complaint, you are wasting your time and that of the law enforcement, who will not follow up anyway...

Hello

Classic webcam blackmail

And indeed, all contact needs to stop... as for filing a complaint, why not... but don't kid yourself, these shenanigans are mostly staged outside European jurisdiction...

Hello
I suspect that it might happen like that... but let's imagine this person is in Europe, could they find him? I mean, it was a random chat, no profile to make like on Omegle, I have no proof, he didn't show his face or talk... I have nothing but my word... I don't even know if it's possible for the police to track him down even if he lived in France... what do you think?

If you have no evidence to show to the police, they won't go any further than when there are a few elements...

At a minimum, you need screenshots, copies of emails... so they can (try to) trace back the lead...

But from experience, considering the thousands of similar cases on the forum... most of the time, it results in "at best" finding the address of a cybercafé in West Africa...

but it wasn’t done by email... only via webcam on the omegle site.... he was writing to me in the chat... and I have no idea who he is... so I guess it’s even harder than if it were by email?

it was a live chat actually... and there is no account...

If there are no traces, it will be impossible to trace anything back... (possibly with the exact connection times... but I doubt it...)

Oh dear... No, it's just an attempted scam..
The 9-year-old girl is actually Mamadou, a 24-year-old from Ivory Coast, comfortably set up in a cyber café in his country...
No risk..

Hello merry fellow..

Then I stop showing him Yet it started off well..

What did you show him?

Never mind.. The '9-year-old girl' is actually a spotty teenager, quite gutsy, working hard in the back of his Cybercafé 7/7, 12/24, 365/365..
Mamadou is trying to extort money from you. It's his lucrative job, he has big expenses: drunken parties, illegal substances, ladies of very low virtue, big thick gold jewelry, luxury shoes, car(s), huge home cinema, etc., etc.. He lacks nothing thanks to his dedication to work..

Don't talk to him.. Cut off any possibility of being contacted by this exotic gnome..

When he realizes he's wasting his time talking in front of empty benches, he'll forget you to focus on more generous and understanding birds than you..

Let the phony Lieutenant General Prosecutor squawk, or any other exotic homunculus, who will send you his requisitions.

Next time go out masked (Invoke an outbreak of Cholera Morbus or bubonic plague in your neighborhood).. Put a piece of cardboard over your cam's eye..

Later

You’re sure, Jordan? Because I saw nothing on her camera and she told me she had already been filmed. And since I've never received any email from the scammer messaging on Messenger, I’m wondering if it’s really a scam.

Hello,

Personally, I love the idea of the tables being turned.

For enthusiasts, there’s an abundance of risqué and harmless images online.

We never question, if it even exists, whether the girl on the other side isn't just a teenager showing off in her room, and what the consequences might be for her in exposing herself to a stranger.

But if we play poker to see, that's the rule of the game; sometimes you lose, even if in this case, it’s just your self-esteem at stake.

It's 10000 percent certain...
It's just a well-known scam attempt that many pigeons have already fallen for...
Don't pay anything, don't send any information, and ignore any possible fake emails from the police or gendarmes, which are also scam attempts.
In short, cut all contact and move on.
