Outdoor/indoor ringtones

Hello, on my ALCATEL F680 VOICE DUO landline phone it's impossible to change the ringtones for external or internal calls. Please help me do that.

    are you trying to change which ringtones? outside or inside?
    In step 4, you have correctly displayed the possible ringtones to choose from?
    Once the choice is made, don't forget to confirm this choice with OK/menu?

    I'm trying the outdoor ringtone; I've successfully changed the indoor one, but nothing works for the outdoor. However, I confirm OK/menu correctly.

      OK for the exterior.
      And as already requested before:
      In step 4, do you have the possible ringtones available for selection?
