My Freebox is stuck on step 2

Hello,
since this morning my Freebox is stuck on step 2 knowing that everything was working last night. I have tried several methods that I found on the forum but none of them worked. Given that the Freebox is searching for ADSL or FTTH while I am using fiber.

    check your connections at the fiber optic level and call Free.

        There is practically only Free that can do something for you...

        Does the fiber go directly to the box or does it go through an external ONU before the fbx?
