Hello,
I am reaching out to you because it has been nearly 2 weeks since our Freebox has been stuck on step 2. However, when we check the order tracking, step 6 indicates that the connection is activated. We submitted an incident report on 27/04, but to date, we have not received any updates. We keep calling Free, but we can't get through to anyone on the line. We are starting to get fed up because we have no internet and we can't enjoy television either. We need help please. Thank you in advance.
