Good evening, my Freebox has been stuck on step 2 (Check XDSL/FTTH connection or Searching for XDSL signal) for a week now, a ticket has been sent to Free, I have checked all the forums, and I can't find a solution. Thank you for your help.

If the Freebox is stuck at step 2, there's nothing you can do but wait.
Since you've opened a ticket, you'll need to wait for a response.
I think a technician will come to your home to check your line from end to end.
It's also possible that there were some works in your street or nearby, and some cables were cut.
Remember that the issue does not come from your Freebox but from the line as a whole.
You can still try using another RJ45 cable from the telephone socket to the box.
