Redbox v1 nano x3 won't turn on

Hello, I have a problem with my Redbox V1 Nano X3. I connect it, but only the green light comes on and nothing on the TV, just the Redbox page that appears for 3 seconds and then nothing. Can someone help me, please?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.1
