Hello,
The software has closed and since then I have the message "it is impossible to create simultaneous sessions" that appears when I restart it. I turned the PC off and on again with no result.
Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Edge 86.0.622.56

Hello and welcome as a new member. The first thing to do
Before you confuse your computer at the slightest incident, like "cleanly" uninstalling software, it's a delicate operation. If you have a persistent bug, consider performing a "system restore to an earlier date" than the bug; this is the term in Windows. This operation allows you to restore your system to the state it was in before the chosen date
In Cortana, type "system restore" then "system restore to an earlier date"
Choose a date prior to your issue and follow the guide. It's completely risk-free and is often beneficial; you can cancel the operation by choosing to return to the current date
You might only risk losing the ongoing project, which is virtual, but not the files
Create a restore point before installing or modifying software
Type in Cortana "create a restore point" in the "system properties" window under "system protection," type "create," "give a name, date, and time," okay
