Good evening,
Here is my problem, last Wednesday I ordered skis from a website and everything was fine until then, they prepared them, etc... then they shipped them with DPD. They shipped them on Friday morning, and throughout the day I tracked my package, until 11:50 PM it showed "package in transit" (the package is in Sublaines) so for the whole weekend it didn't move, and I thought the company might not be functioning... except that Monday morning (this morning) the package hasn't moved, and neither has it this evening! :( What should I do? Should I wait a bit longer? Because one day without movement seems strange, especially since it has been showing in transit since Friday at 11:50 PM! Help! :(

Sometimes ... or even often, the parcel tracking may not be up to date or updated in a timely manner...
On the other hand, DPD is generally not always respectful of delivery instructions, and it often happens that the parcel is dropped off not at the customer's address but at a pickup point...
(Experience lived several times with this carrier in my area)
In my opinion, you should wait a little longer and check the tracking regularly... You will definitely receive your order but not necessarily where you expected it... that is, at home..
