Hello, I ordered from Shein and I haven't received my package yet. I placed the order on June 5th and since the 11th, it has been stuck in Hong Kong. Is that normal?

the reception at their place is always a bit slow, but it's coming!
Order placed on June 5th, it's still within the "normal" timeframe considering the issues with COVID-19; but it shouldn't be much longer!
