RCA to HDMI adapter

Hello everyone,
I don't have a socket on my TV for RCA, so I just ordered an HDMI/RCA adapter from the Conforama website to connect my Wii.
The box is set to PAL, but there's also an NTSC option. I tried both, but neither works and my TV displays "weak or no signal."
Can you help me?

    Hello,
The PAL format is a standard for Europe, but for us... French, it's SECAM. That is why we use the PAL/SECAM standard.

The NTSC format is used for North America (United States, Canada,... etc), among other countries and continents.

Sorry, but what you are stating relates to analog TV and the PAL standard is the only standard used for digital broadcasting in France (satellite, cable, DTT, ADSL).

No, this also concerns PAL or NTSC games.
