how to access the BIOS without a keyboard

Hello,
So here's my problem: I'm using a USB keyboard and I want to enter the BIOS menu, but this keyboard is only recognized after the operating system starts.
What should I do?
How should I proceed?
I would be very grateful and thank you very much.

Configuration: Windows XP

Remove the battery from the motherboard (after unplugging the PC and opening the case), wait a few minutes and put it back in place. It's a round, flat battery about 1.5 cm wide.

This allows the BIOS to reset to default and specifically re-enable USB, if that's where the problem lies.

Voici, j'ai un Fujitsu Siemens et le problème : un clavier et une souris USB sont fournis avec la tour F2 et Suppr, mais le clavier n'est pas reconnu. Autre problème : derrière la tour, il n'y a pas de fiche "ronde", donc je ne peux pas brancher un autre clavier. Comment entrer dans le BIOS ?

You take a regular keyboard and not a USB one; you don't normally need to start XP for it to work, it works as soon as your PC powers on. Press the num lock at startup and you'll see. @+

I had my keyboard disabled in the BIOS by mistake, I followed SirBigoudi's advice "Remove the battery from the motherboard"   and now it works again. Thank you.
