Headset crackling only on my phone

Hello,

So here it is, I have a problem with my Beats Studio headphones. I changed my phone and now with this one my headphones have a background noise like a buzzing sound. It could resemble heavy rain all the time the music plays.

When the sound is muted, it stops, and it doesn’t happen when I plug it into my computer or another phone.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, I would appreciate it.

    Hi,

    Maybe related to the phone's audio output. Issues with resistance, impedance... hard to say, but I can't see anything else, for now.
