Grandin television malfunction, blue light stays on

Hello,
My Grandin television won't turn on anymore. When I tried to turn it on, the indicator did change from red to blue, but there was nothing on the screen! The indicator remains blue, and I'm unable to turn off the television. I tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in, but the indicator stays blue, and still nothing.
I also attempted the controls at the back of the television, but that didn't work either.
I have tried to contact the customer service of Conforama, and they redirected me to a certain repair company that hasn't responded to my email after more than three weeks.
Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.
