Epson reset counter

Hello everyone, my EPSON PhotoPX830FWD printer's ink pad is at the end of its life, I would like to reset the counter to zero. For that, I bought an "Engineers reset CD" online, does anyone know how to use it? Thank you for your answers.

Hello,

What problem are you particularly facing? The CD contains a "service" software to be installed on a PC connected to the printer, which should allow, among other things, to reset the print count...

Nothing is happening, meaning the software does not open? It is possible that the software is not compatible with the recent versions of Windows. Which version are you on?
