Bank account charged but Aliexpress order not found.

Hello,

I made an order on Aliexpress and my bank account was charged by Aliexpress in Luxembourg. Unfortunately, there are no current orders on my Aliexpress profile and the seller has no record of my order either.
I tried to contact Aliexpress customer service but my case is not covered by their standard complaint procedures. They need an order number that I don't have, and when I enter my credit card number and the debit date, the chatbot can't find any record.
It's frustrating. Can anyone give me some advice?

I have 470 EUR and made 5 purchases of 92.63 in a row, and it's complicated to contact them. I will take action against them if there's no response.

I am in the same situation regarding an order for a JEEP pouch.
There is no trace of my order from 01/18/2022, but my account was debited €19.62 on 01/20/2022 and still nothing in sight.
I think I've been scammed because there is no recorded order on my AliExpress account.
First experience, I think it will be the last, stay away.

I just had the same problem, I ordered and was charged plus bank fees. AliExpress doesn't want to hear anything, I never received an order number, it's shameful!

Hi, the same for 3 weeks, I ordered the iPhone 9, payment deducted from my account, but the product and order do not exist on my account, even when I log in with my phone number. I just call that theft on the part of AliExpress, not even a phone number for disputes.

Hello, I have the same problem, account debited and no order. It's frustrating because it's impossible to reach them. If anyone has a contact, I'm interested.
The response from panth 33 RA doesn’t help at all, it doesn't address the issue.

They collect your card numbers and then call you….
