Is TokyVideo a reliable site? What are your opinions?

Hello, is the new video site tokyvideo safe and legal? I've done some research, but I don't have clear answers. So I'm waiting for yours, thank you.

I haven't been able to form an opinion about this site.

At first glance, it looks like a kind of YouTube. It seems that you can't download entire movies, but rather trailers or excerpts.

Just a little delay, I was out and about doing macro photography for a few days :-)
 

About the facade, I mostly agree; one could think of what you're describing.
But that's it.

Several fairly simple clues in my opinion.
First, some "customer" comments under the videos sound exactly like those on illegal streaming sites. Offering exchanges, downloads, complete uploading.

Then it's enough to try to sign up; you end up on an interface that also looks very much like that of other illegal sites, plus the fact that it is mandatory to provide credit card details, etc.
If it was legal or a kind of YouTube with "clips," why this obligation?
In short, for me, there are more signs of a scam than the opposite.

Hello, it's true that the site looks good on the surface but there is incessant spam to strange sites on it!!
It's a shame because otherwise it's good
