Hello,
I was given a Sharp Aquos Link TV that must be a few years old. I reset it.

I can't seem to find how to scan for channels. Despite all my searches on forums.

According to Google, I should do "menu dtv" then "channel scan," but I can't find that anywhere.

Thanks in advance to the person who will solve my problem!

Good evening,
Here is the procedure to search for channels on your Sharp televisions:

Turn on the TV.

Press the "DTV Menu" button on the remote control. A menu will appear on the screen.

Select "Installation" in the menu using the directional arrows on your remote control.

Then, select "Auto Scan".

A message will then appear on the screen: "Auto Scan will erase all saved channels. Continue yes - no?". Select "Yes". The channel search will begin.

Wait for the channel search to complete, which takes a few minutes.

Press "end" to exit the installation menu

Check for the presence of channels: TF1 HD at 1, M6 HD at 6, etc...

As written in my text, the word "sweeping" is nowhere to be found in installation.
