Sharp Aquos TV Software Update

Hello,

I am looking for the update for a Sharp Aquos LCD TV model LC-40FG3342E.
The images are no longer displayed in normal format but are zoomed in to the maximum, and all the settings on the TV and box don't change anything.
I have been to the Sharp website but my model is not listed.
If someone can help me, that would be nice. Thank you.

    you can wait...a long time for an update, if the manufacturer improves the software, they will make a new range that is €100 more expensive

    in the TV menu settings, you should find the reset option
