Hello,
I have a big problem with this printer, let me explain:
I initially connected this box with a tablet, then I connected my computer to this printer without any issues, except a few days ago when the person using this printer called me to say that nothing was working anymore...
I am once again in front of this printer and I have the same major printing issue, it doesn't start, I had to uninstall and reinstall the printer.
Just so you know, it's an HP Deskjet 2700 series, my computer is running on Windows 10, and the connection is made via IP on the Freebox...
So if anyone has a solution for this issue, I’m all ears, thank you.
