Bonjour,
J'ai une brother J480 DW qui s'est arrêtée en cours d'impression. En essayant de reinstaller la cartouche cyan (non brother haute capacité), l'écran m'affiche le msg. "détection impossible". J'ai débranché l'appareil et essayé plusieurs fois mais tjrs la même chose.
