Your device has failed verification and may not work properly.
Huawei Service:
Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for this issue. This usually occurs when the device's software crashes. First, connect the phone to a laptop or desktop computer using a USB port, then follow step 2. Once you are in electronic recovery mode, follow the steps below.
1-Once the system is restored, the phone will start searching for Wi-Fi access points.
2-Tap the blue Wi-Fi icon or toggle the switch to select an available Wi-Fi access point. Enter the password to connect to a Wi-Fi network. The switch only appears if you have previously connected to the Wi-Fi access point.
3-Your phone will automatically retrieve installation package information and download the package. No further action is required at this stage. This may take some time. Please be patient.
4-Your phone will then automatically install the downloaded package and start a countdown to restart once the update is complete.
If this procedure does not resolve the issue, we strongly suggest bringing the device to the nearest Huawei service center in your country to seek help in resolving this issue. Thank you and have a great day.
