Installing fonts for LibreOffice on Mac OS

Solved

Hello,

I downloaded a font from Dafont, then placed it in the "Fonts" folder on my "Computer". I resolved the duplicate conflicts. I then closed my open LibreOffice Writer file and relaunched it, but my font still did not appear. I also restarted my computer twice but it still doesn't show up.

Can someone help me?

Thank you in advance for any response.

    Hello,

The correct method is not just to place the font in the Fonts folder; the proper method involves double-clicking the font to open it, then clicking on Install Font...

Normally, I’ve already done it, but I’m going to uninstall my font and start everything over from scratch.

      Thank you

If after that, the font is not directly available in Libre Office, it should be possible to use it through the menu bar, for example:

I don't have that "font" category, but I found another very similar font that I've had no problems with.

    Thanks anyway for your help!

    Best regards
