No channels detected - new Panasonic TV

Hello,
My Panasonic TV is not detecting any channels even though I have made the necessary connections. I don't know what to do; is it an issue related to my box? Knowing that when I connect my computer it works, the TV does project the screen well...

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.1

The TV only serves as a monitor; it's the "SFR THD decoder" that processes the channels, and this device must be connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

It's strange, at my place the fiber installer did this in a few minutes.

A TV connected via HDMI does not receive any channel signal.

    Hello
What means should the television use to receive the signal?

    THD decoder
    -Wi-Fi
    -Ethernet
    -HDMI

    DTT decoder, satellite, terrestrial
    Cable, satellite, antenna

      Hello
He should receive it through my box, but I admit I don't know how it works. I have connected the HDMI cable and selected "network" in the settings among the options "cable, satellite...". I'm wondering if it's not my SFR box that needs to be configured since it's a 4K TV...

It's on your Box that you need to adjust the channels; your TV just needs to be set to HDMI so that it receives the signal, I think.

    Hello.
As Fu indicates, you need to switch to HDMI. To do this, using the television remote, find the button that acts as the "Source" and select "HDMI."
To search for channels, use the SFR TV decoder remote.

I can't perform my searches with the SFR remote because nothing appears on the TV... There is a reset button on the decoder, maybe I need to use it... as for my connections, they're fine on both sides...

Re, what are you connected to on your TV?

You won't be able to do anything if you don't select the "Source" with your remote control, then "HDMI" afterwards..

For example: on my television remote, I go through the "AV" button.

In HDMI and the same on my box. I start the search for channels "automatic installation of DVBS channels" and nothing is found. I also tried searching with "DVBC" and still nothing.

Yes, you need to set the HDMI channel on the TV, it's either the source button or something like TV/AV on the remote.

Already done on the TV side... it might be a box issue...

So yes, maybe you messed up the source on your box, try connecting a SCART cable to see if it displays, and then check if you can set your source to HDMI on your box. That's all I see, otherwise if there’s really nothing try a reset.
