Hello,
I just downloaded Kakaotalk, and I added a friend, she added me too, but when I try to send her a message or she tries to send me one, it shows “you are currently not allowed to send messages to a user you haven’t messaged before in accordance with our user protection policy.”
I don’t know what to do

    Hello, I think I found the solution!
    In fact, you need to send a message to the person BEFORE adding them as a friend.

    Basically, long press on your friend's chat, select "leave," which will remove your friend, and then ask them to send you a message :)

      It's totally not that.
      I have the same issue but my friend's contact is already in my Kakao contacts even though I haven't synchronized anything, so I can't delete it...
