Hello everyone. Here is my problem. I recently bought a Samsung phone, the F300. But I can't take photos or videos. For the photos, I can capture them but then nothing happens. Could you please help me?

That's crazy!! I have the same problem, and there's no answer anywhere... mine is red,,, all phones can't be broken, can they?... I know it's supposed to take low-quality photos, but to the point where they're not recognized in any format,
To respond to a message above, there is no game on this phone, I found that out too late, just like I didn't notice that the phone screen and the text messages were tiny.

I got the final word, and I'm posting the answer here just in case... I called Samsung directly, who made me reset the phone settings, and at the password stage everything was blocked. The technician confirmed that it was the bugged firmware, so I had to return it.
I just returned it, but since I have no guarantee that the next one won't be the same, given that this problem seems to be recurring with this phone model and is mentioned in many other forums since August, which suggests they haven't done anything to fix it.
Too bad for them... but I'm very disappointed because I loved the look, even though the phone screen was really tiny for writing texts.

Well, I'm joining you, there's nothing to be done for this phone, regarding the issues with the photos and videos, I eventually learned that it's the video and photo modem that is affected.
There is a possibility to flash it, but there's a risk of losing your phone.

Hopefully Samsung reacts soon.

Sorry to tell you this, but all the white and red F300s have issues with the camera, so don't worry, it's normal. It needs to be replaced with the black one, that's it.

I also have the F300 and mine has... nothing, I don't know what you do with your phones but mine works perfectly! I am very satisfied, I have a 512MB card and no issues at all, the camera works and the videos too. As for whether you can set a wallpaper on the MP3 side, I don't know, I don't think so but I would like to be sure.

Bonsoir, moi aussi j'ai le même problème avec mon F300. L'appareil photo ne marche pas, la partie MP3 ne fonctionne pas et si j'affiche ma carte mémoire, on me dit que la clé est désactivée. La gestion de clé ne donne rien, on me demande d'activer la clé mais je ne sais pas comment faire. S'il vous plaît, j'ai besoin d'aide.
