BIG Bluetooth issue with my Parrot kit

Hello,

I have the HTC Pharos, my problem is that when I connect my phone to my Parrot kit (hands-free car kit
see: www.parrot.com), the ringtone of my phone is not picked up by the Parrot kit, probably other functions are not working either. It may seem trivial, but it is very annoying.
I know that it is possible to transmit the ringtone through the Parrot kit since it connected with it at first, and since then nothing, it is in "basic" mode. I think it comes from my phone, but I don't know how to change the settings.
Configuration: Windows Mobile 6 HTC 3470 GPS (Pharos)

    Which Parrot kit (they have made several, not all fully compatible with our HTC).
    With the CK 3000 evo, the connection with a Diamond works well, and ringtone sound returns too.

      I have the same problem with a Sony Ericsson W205. It connects and disconnects right away.

      The parrot of a friend disconnects as soon as another source is plugged in! An iPhone and an iPod cannot be connected at the same time!!!
