Hello, I returned a package to Back Market and the seller sent me a return DHL label. I dropped it off at a pickup point, but I haven't received any tracking information. I thought that was weird until I searched online and realized that the tracking number is actually on the return label, but I'm completely lost. I don’t know where the number is, which one to take, and especially where to find the information. Can someone help me? I looked on the DHL website, but I don’t understand much. For your information, my package is leaving France to go to Germany. Let me know if I can attach the return label to this conversation. Thank you for your help!

    I suggest you paste a screenshot of your shipping slip here to help you find this DHL tracking number
    Don't forget to hide your personal address if it's on this slip as well as that of the recipient

      Thank you, but the reseller Backmarket has directly given me the tracking number; I just received their response. However, the tracking information is not displaying anything. I dropped off the package at the relay point on Friday, August 21, around 5 PM. Is that normal?

    Hello

    It's normal.. There are pick-up and delivery delays.. Drop-off on August 21st at the end of the day means that the package is still at the Point Relais..

      I paid for a package to send it internationally. But when I refreshed my page, I can no longer find my shipping label, how do I recover it?
