Freebox Delta Wi-Fi Connection

Hello everyone,
I need a little help regarding my Freebox Delta
I just received it eight days ago, it works well, everything is normal, and yet when I try to connect my laptop or my mobile phone, neither of them recognizes the box, or the box does not want to recognize them
I’ve tried everything, the QR code, the full WPA code, nothing works, only an ethernet cable connected to the box allows me to have internet on my computer, otherwise I’m using the hotspot from my iPhone
With the Delta box, I got the Devialet box, which works fine, I got the Wi-Fi repeater which doesn’t work, and the security pack that I can’t connect since my phone needs to be connected to the box’s Wi-Fi
Previously I had the Revolution box and everything worked very well under the same connection and distance conditions
If anyone among you feels dedicated and especially very technical to reply to me, you will be welcome
For security reasons, I will not provide any information about my identifiers

    I'm not with Free, but the boxes work on the same principle. Can you detect the SSID of your box with either of your Wi-Fi devices? If not, perhaps the Wi-Fi on your box is not activated. You would need to access the modem's interface to enable it.

      You didn't say whether you can see the SSID of your Wi-Fi or not.

        I'm sorry,
        when I enter the SSID on my phone or my computer, it responds that no Freebox was found!!

        Before signing him up, you first need to be able to connect to him. If he isn't among the networks that your devices can detect, I don't know what you're signing up for.

    Thank you for getting back to me, my issue is resolved, it was actually a problem with the box that the FREE technician reconfigured
