Hello,
I have a color problem with Samsung printer C460W.
Indeed, when I want to print red, it prints pink, and the same goes for other colors.
What should I do?
Do I need to replace the drum or something else?
Thank you.

It seems that you have a problem with the yellow cartridge....
To make red, you use the magenta cartridge + the yellow..
Magenta alone gives pink
Check its positioning or that it is not defective... -

It depends on the techniques...
On small office lasers, there is often a drum for each color... the drum is a photosensitive element that receives the color to be printed... In this case, it is included in the toner cartridge, and you replace it when you change the toner.
Then you have the transfer belt: depending on the manufacturer, it is either a simple belt for feeding the paper, or it's a belt that receives the four colors from the toners before transferring them all at once onto the paper.
And finally, there's the fixing unit, which is a large heating roller.
But there are other techniques with a single drum. They are more commonly found on large-format laser printers (A3 and A3+).

Mine is a Samsung C460W multifunction color printer
I don't know if I need to change the drum
Is it necessary to fix the issue of different colors in printing? -
