Epson ET-2810 Printer Color Issue

Hello,

For a few days now, the blue color has not been showing on the prints. I've filled the eco-Tank reservoirs, I've printed several test pages, and the more I go along, the less the blue lines appear. I've attempted a print head cleaning, but nothing works. When I look for solutions, the answers correspond to Windows 10, while I have 11. I'm lost. The system suggests updating the printer driver, but I'm hesitant to proceed because the last time I accepted, it completely blocked the printer, and I had to send it in for repair. 

Can someone please help me? Thank you.

Good evening,

First, check the ink levels of the blue cartridge and make sure it is properly installed. If the problem persists, use the troubleshooting tool through the Epson software control panel.
