WiFi card does not emit Bluetooth

Hello,  I recently ordered a WiFi card from Gigabyte (GC-WB1733D-I) equipped with Bluetooth 5.0. I received it today and I am installing it in my tower. I start my PC, install the drivers for this WiFi card, but in the end, I have no access to Bluetooth. My settings tell me to turn on Bluetooth. Can you help me resolve this issue because I ordered a card that is supposed to have Bluetooth 5.0.  Best regards;

No, it's not a USB port, but the card uses the USB channel to broadcast BT.

Go to Device Manager Right-click on the unknown device Uninstall Check --> remove device Uninstall Restart and see what happens.  What do you have in network adapters?

I have already tried uninstalling the device and restarting the PC, but I always get the same result. In the network adapter, there is:  The internet connection works great, the only problem is that the Bluetooth does not work.
