Hello, I received a Fnac gift card for Christmas, but I lost it... I don’t have the receipt... can a name save the situation? I have €250 on it, I’m very upset...

    It would certainly be best to ask the question directly to FNAC... But without evidence, it seems rather compromised...

    Perhaps see if the person who gave you this gift has any traces (in their customer account?)...
