Zimbra reception issue

I am no longer receiving my messages in my Webmail inbox.

Hello

A few points to address:
- Check that the emails haven’t landed in the spam folder
- Check your quota (by hovering the mouse over your email address in the top right corner) in the Zimbra window
- Disable any filters

Finally, as a precaution, in case of hacking, change your password by going to portail.free.fr (log in with your email address and the associated password).
Choose a strong password that has never been used. Google can save it so you won’t have to type it in every time you log in.

Finally, if you have another email account (like Gmail, for example), send test emails to check the exact behavior of the Free account.
