Issue with Blackview P10000: Camera not working

Hello,

I bought a Blackview P10000 smartphone a month ago and both cameras are not working. I'm getting the usual Android message "unable to connect to the camera."

I have done all the manipulations I've seen on forums, of course resetting the phone to factory settings; the result: still no phone, and Android didn't even bother to reinstall an icon (so much that it knew it was useless...)

I installed the Z-device Test app, and to my incredible discovery, the problem is due to hardware. Probably a component on the motherboard.

-First, does anyone know where I can order spare parts for the BLACKVIEW P10000?
-Second, where could I find documentation (schematics, motherboard layout...) for this model?

Finally, deep down, I would almost recommend this phone; its battery is monstrous, it has very good performance, and the camera wasn’t bad. Just the sound is not very good. But if I had to advise against Blackview phones, it’s mainly because of the non-existent technical service; the contacts that do not speak French, and especially because the parts are unattainable, there’s no documentation, and no repair shop can work on it for all the reasons I just mentioned.

Thank you in advance if anyone can guide me, I will keep you updated on the repairs.

Why not return it for a hardware defect?

Because I suspect that this is a problem that is likely to recur with this model or brand and I do enjoy fixing things ;)) But yes, it will probably end up under warranty, if by miracle customer service responds to me one day and I find a French-speaking contact... For now, there are a few websites selling parts but without the motherboard schematics, it’s complicated.
