Hello, I switched to fiber and my bbox connection changed its Wi-Fi, my printer is still on the old one and doesn’t recognize the new one. I ran a test on my printer, it shows network status: offline, no connection. Among all the networks it displays, mine appears: the BSSID, the channel, the config, auth, the encryption, the signal: 58, WPS: yes, but my current configuration is still the old network! How do I reconnect it to my new network? Thank you

Hello,
Connect it via WPS, see page 70 of the manual http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04715209

Hello, I carefully read the guide you sent me, I printed the Wi-Fi Direct guide, the test results, the configuration page, the printer's status report, but I'm not very skilled; I’m being told: this printer is not connected to any networks, press information and it tells me that the Wi-Fi is off. I press the Wi-Fi symbol again, it turns on and still nothing! I think it's trying to connect but can't find my new network! Thank you anyway.

Apparently, I am well connected, I was able to print some ribs and an amendment, but for my bank statements, the header prints but the rest is black, and I received a message: form fields not supported!!! This is the first time I get this information, which doesn’t tell me much. What should I do? Thank you.
