My enter key doesn't create a line break.

Hello,
I created a form in Word.
In the fillable fields, when I want to create a line break, my enter key doesn't do it.
I can do it with Shift+Enter, but since I will be sending it to several people, I would like them to be able to do it just by pressing enter.
Do you know if there is a procedure to follow?

It's because you used a plain text content control. You need to use a rich text content.
