Line break, excessive gap between lines

Good evening/good morning, I am currently making revision sheets and I am using Word for that and I have a problem:
I can't go to the next line (without jumping paragraphs) and when I create a new paragraph with "enter" the spacing is very large, I would especially need help to go to the next line, I don't master this software and your help would really be of great use to me.
