Hello, I have a problem with my PC. When I start my laptop (Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1NN), my screen displays the famous "Toshiba leading innovation" with a loading circle, just like always.
After 3 or 4 minutes, my computer stays on but only shows a black screen.
The processor fan is working because I can hear it running.
