Enable/disable Toshiba TV user mode

Hello, I can't find access to the user mode on my Toshiba 43V5863DG TV
In the "sound" interface, there are grayed-out areas that I want to activate such as "balance," "surround," etc...

    Good evening,
    Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
