Emoji issue

Hello, I'm sending emojis from my BlackBerry Classic and they only appear as code on a Samsung A20, in particular. Does anyone know how to make my emojis visible? Thanks to everyone for your help

    Hello,

    Simply try to update your Android by going to Settings, then Software Update, and selecting Download and Installation.

    You will need to be connected to a Wifi network to download the update.

    If that still doesn't work, then your BlackBerry Classic is using a type of emoji that is not recognized by the latest versions of Android. You will need to change the emoji type on your current phone by checking their website or documentation.
