Hello. A problem occurred with my HP ENVY5660 printer right after installing the HP cartridges. The following message appeared: "genuine HP ink cartridges installed." This is the first time such a message has appeared. In the bottom right corner, I had to click "OK." Unfortunately, it was impossible to click OK, the message wouldn't go away. So I turned off the printer, unplugged it, and turned it back on. The printer started up as usual, but immediately the message reappeared and again couldn't be removed. This completely blocks the ability to make photocopies, as the command must be made from the printer's screen. However, I can still print without any problem from the PC. Can someone help me solve this issue? Thanks in advance. Marie

No, the problem is that because of this blocked message we can no longer make photocopies. Scanning is possible by ordering from the computer. I'm mainly looking to get rid of this message.
