Hello,

Hello, I would like some help. I lost my Dell computer and I want to get it back, but I don't know how to do it. My Microsoft account is linked to the device.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

    Hello

    If it's a theft, you need to file a report.
    Finding it, you can forget about it unless by some miracle, but you can still read THIS page.

    Regards

    Hello.

    See this tutorial ==>

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/30382-retrouver-son-ordinateur-ou-son-portable-vole

    But if you didn't install the software BEFORE, it's going to be tough. You can just report the lost item to the police. 1 chance in 100 of recovering it.

    See you later . . .

      For your information
      If you have a Microsoft account AND the PC is turned on and connected, you can do it even afterwards :-)

    Hello,

    You need to check if your machine happens to be equipped with the Computrace(R) function in the BIOS, and if this function is enabled... then you should log into your Microsoft account and you can also locate it. Even if your computer has been reinstalled, even if the BIOS has been flashed, if the Computrace function is enabled, you can still find it; similarly, you can format it remotely, but in 90% of cases, this function is not enabled by default and in 99.9% of cases, users never activate it.
