Often, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The site looks clean: based in the US, there are worse places. However, be cautious, as French law doesn't apply, and returns may be complicated.

Regarding the discount, anything is possible.
It depends on the source of the merchandise and the "reference price."
As for the latter, don't rely on the reference price indicated by the site; they could have listed anything. Try to find the same watch for sale elsewhere to get a better idea of its price.

Regarding the origin of the merchandise, there are several possibilities:
- an end of series. Account-wise, they would have covered all their costs with the revenue from previous watches, and all remaining sales would be seen as pure profit. This is often the case for software, for example.
- a stock clearance: the owner sells them at low prices to make space (the principle of sales), or has offloaded them at low prices to another company that will try to make a margin on them.
