How to remove SerCol?

Hello, I have a college tablet PC, and when I want to install software, I'm asked for the password called Sercol. When I search on a website, most are blocked. The fact that I can't use this computer a bit freely is frustrating, and they know about my private life on the internet. I understand it’s educational by design, but is it possible to remove SerCol?
