Hello,
I have a problem with the administrator accounts. I received the Lenovo tablet-computer from the college, but the issue is that I can't download ANY applications (except for web browsers - -"). I would like to remove the "presence" of SerCol from my tablet, or at least become the administrator myself, but I can't do that because each time I try, I'm asked for the credentials of the only administrator, which is SerCol. Not being able to use this computer freely is very frustrating. Could you please suggest a solution to my problem?

This equipment was provided to you in a specific context (probably governed by a charter or terms of use).... It would therefore be against the CCM charter to help you circumvent them....
Incidentally, these limitations have generally been put in place to prevent this equipment from being used for purposes other than educational ones and from being resold (supposedly lost or stolen...) In short, to avoid any trafficking being set up...
After that, you should consult the organization that holds the administrative rights to see what possible options for development there are.....
