Hello,
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 81.0.4044.138
Following a PC change, I can't get my new integrated network card to work properly. The chipset is Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller on an Asus motherboard.
Normally my network connection is 100Mbps downstream and 5Mbps upstream.
With this network card, I have the correct downstream speed but the upstream is nearly zero.
By adjusting the "speed and duplex" setting, I get:
- autonego or 1Gbps or 100Mbps --> downstream OK and upstream KO
- 10Mbps --> downstream at 10Mbps (logical) and upstream 5Mbps OK
I can't get both correct downstream and upstream speeds at the same time.
I have installed the latest drivers.
I should mention that I checked the connection with a USB/Ethernet dongle and it works normally.
Since I achieve a correct upstream speed by limiting to 10Mbps, I suspect a configuration issue but with the number of parameters on the card, I don't know where to look.
Thank you for your help.
