Problem affecting C and V keys on laptop

Hello,
I recently reset my laptop, and there were no issues with the keys.
After reinstalling my software, games, etc., I did all the Windows updates.
And now, for some time, the C and V keys are not working anymore.
They work when using an external keyboard, but not directly on the laptop's keyboard.
If someone has a solution, I would be grateful because it's quite annoying...

    Hello,
    You completely turn off the PC.
    You take a compressed air can for keyboards and you blow on the keys in particular but not too much either.
    Otherwise, you need to change the keyboard.
