Ordinateur - très LENT/ freezes - mauvaise config ?

Bonjour à vous !
Je me tourne vers vous car je commencé à en avoir marre de mon PC qui rame à foison !
Quand je l'ai acheté, l'OS etait un windows10, directement je l'avais formaté pour mettre un windows 7 ( j'ai jamais trouvé plus stable ;))
La, depuis l'obtention de W10 gratuite jai fait la maj pour aller dessus ; le temps passe et je me suis ramolli dautant plus qu'il ramait deja un peu je me suis dit que peut etre ça résoudrait mes soucis.
Or voila ! mon ordinateur est très lent sur tous les plans, je vous passe les détails ; que j'aille sur un jeu, mozilla, ou que je sois sur mon bureau ! tout est lent !
Alors je me tourne vers vous pour m'aider, car j'aimerai bien voir mon PC être juste en accord avec son potentiel !!!!!! le matériel est bon mais mal utilisé je pense.

Je suis dispo, dites moi ce que je dois faire ;) et merci de votre aide par avance !

    Bien sur ! Mais j'ai besoin qu'on me guide pour savoir quoi vous dire.

    Mon PC est un ordinateur portale Lenovo Ideapad Y700-15ISK acheté moitié prix en reconditionné.

    Je pense avoir :

    16go ram
    proc i7 6700HQ - 2.6Ghz
    il y a 2 CG, une intel qui doit pas être ouf et une GTX Nvidia

    Si t'as des logiciels qui peuvent me scanner tout le tralala hesite pas ;)

      Pour scanner il y a CPU-z mais pourtant ta config a l'air d'être ases puissante est tu sur d'avoir tout activé car il se peut par défaut il détecte pas tout les composant ou a tu bien installé les driver

    Quelu'un m'a fait installer avast++++ et il y avait foule de programme qui me pompaient toutes mes ressources en permanence ! depuis que jai viré tout ça l'ordi respire et a l'air 1000 fois plus performant !!!
    Avant en faisant un alt+ctrl+supr je voyais ma "mémoire disque" pompée à 100% et maintenant ça va :D
    Avec windows 7, je faisais le fameux "MSconfig" pour virer les applis à la con. Depuis mon passage a windobe10 je ne l'avais pas fait. Peut-être cela y a joué.

    Néanmoins si vous voyez matière à améliorer la performance de mon PC, je suis preneur :D

    Salut,

    Donne les résultats de ces analyses :

    1)
    Installe "Real Temp" ou "Coretemp" pour Monitorer la température de l'ordinateur.
    Voir à combien monte la température de l'ordinateur lors de son utilisation. Celle-ci ne doit pas dépasser les 60 degrés Celsius. Si possible joindre au message une capture d'écran du logiciel.

    2)
    Vérifie déjà le disque dur : Comment vérifier la santé du disque dur
    Avec CrystalDiskInfo
    - Télécharger CrystalDiskInfo
    Il faut que le statut soit en bleu, sinon c'est pas bon signe.

    et enfin :

    Pour vérifier ton ordinateur, pour d'éventuels infections et avoir un état général du système :

    Suis le tutoriel FRST en cliquant sur ce lien bleu. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).

    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST,
    Attendre la fin du scan, un message indique que l'analyse est terminée.

    Trois rapports FRST seront générés :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

    (Les liens bleus mènent à des tutoriels explicatifs pas à pas, clic dessus pour avoir les instructions plus précises à suivre).
