Hello, my mother-in-law has had a problem after an update; a message says that the application launcher has stopped or it asks to send a bug report to me for analysis, which is blocking her phone and preventing her from accessing all her applications. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.138

    Good evening,
    I had the same issue after the update.
    I went into the apps, went to the app launcher and uninstalled the updates
    that resolved my problem.
